服务与交付
八字查询（bazi.cx）提供个人命运和八字合婚的在线数字解读报告。用户提交出生信息并完成付款后， 报告在网站内生成和显示，不寄送实物。解读属于传统文化与个人参考内容，不保证任何现实结果。
可申请退款的情况
- 同一笔服务发生重复扣款。
- 付款成功，但报告未交付或无法查看，且经核查无法恢复交付。
- 因系统错误导致报告使用的出生信息与提交的信息不符，或报告严重缺失，且无法更正。
报告已按提交信息正常交付时，对解读内容的主观评价不同不自动构成退款原因； 你仍可联系我们人工核查。适用法律另有规定的，依照法律处理。
会员、次数包等权益目前尚未开放收费；如未来开放，将在购买前另行公布适用的退款规则。
如何申请与处理
请发送邮件至 zentech@qq.com，说明所购买的服务、 付款时间、订单编号（如有）、付款时使用的邮箱及遇到的问题。请勿发送完整银行卡号、身份证件或密码。
我们会核对支付和交付记录。对于可修复的技术问题，将先协助恢复或更正报告； 对于重复扣款，或经核实无法完成交付及更正的订单，将办理相应退款。
退款方式与争议
获批准的退款将退回原支付方式；实际到账时间取决于支付机构及银行。 如对扣款或处理结果仍有异议，可继续通过上述邮箱联系我们，也可按照付款机构或发卡行的程序提出争议。 本说明不限制你依法享有的消费者权利。

bazi.cx provides online digital BaZi personal and compatibility reports, delivered on this website after payment. The readings are for cultural and personal reference and do not guarantee real-world outcomes.
Please email zentech@qq.com if you were charged twice, your paid report cannot be delivered or viewed, or a verified technical error caused the report to use different birth information or to be materially incomplete. Include your service, payment time, order ID if available, and payment email. Do not send full card numbers or identity documents. We will investigate, try to restore or correct the report, and refund duplicate charges or orders that cannot be fulfilled or corrected.
A difference of opinion about a correctly delivered reading is reviewed individually, not refunded automatically. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment provider and bank. You may also raise a dispute through your payment provider or card issuer. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Memberships and credit packages are not currently sold; their refund rules will be published before launch.
